Kiakia is an on-demand delivery e-hailing platform that connects nearby local delivery agent's i.e dispatch riders, truck and van driver's e.t.c with individuals and businesses with delivery needs. Offering real time geo-location tracking of shipments and in-app live communication with thoroughly vetted delivery agent's.

Fares are automatically calculated on the app per km of distance between pickup point to drop off point.

Kiakia for partners is one of our product app made specifically for logistic partners with more than one delivery vehicle (Be it Dispatch bikes, trucks or vans).

Kiakia deliver app is another kiakia product app made for independent delivery agents (Dispatch riders, truck and van drivers) to accept and drop off parcels and earn money.

At the moment, we only offer two payment options to our customers for delivery fares which are "Cash on Delivery" to our delivery agents OR "Card Payment" on the mobile app.

Currently, We do not charge a cancellation fee. However, we encourage cancellations only when there is a valid reason and as soon as possible before the delivery personnel embarks on pickups. However, excessive cancellations might lead to blocking of users account.

Yes. our minimum delivery charge is 500 naira only and only applicable to delivery orders by Dispatch Bikes. This is to guarantee quality service and also ensure our dispatch riders are fairly compensated.

We strongly condemn and do not encourage offline trips. Be aware that complaints regarding offline trips would not be attended to or regarded as facilitated by Kiakia.

At the moment, we do not handle payment on delivery for customer goods or services and strongly advice our riders & drivers not to indulge in such. But hoping to roll out "POD For Merchants" feature in coming weeks.

At the moment, Kiakia is only available to residents of Nigeria in three cities as follows:- Abuja, Lagos & Abeokuta with mass adoption, we hope to expand further across Africa as soon as possible . See Kiakia Cities here.

Delivery time is calculated in real time and availed to users on the app upon delivery requests and its updated in real time following rider/drivers progression. Because Kiakia connects you only to the nearest available delivery agent, you can be assured of the fastest delivery of parcels ever.

Because we have a diverse network of delivery agents, we operate all round the clock. Although, availability of agent's might be obscure in certain hours of the day or days of the week. As we grow further, availability becomes even more constant.

Our Dispatch Bikes have a maximum size of 34cm x 18cm x 32cm giving a maximum weight load offer of 5KG. Mini Vans with maximum size of 182cm x 115cm x 124cm with weight load of 736kg maximum and Cargo Vans with maximum size of 297cm x 170cm x 194cm wit maximum weight load of 1346kg.
